The results of water quality analyses of treated water from the treatment plants of MWA in August 2010 showed that water turbidity was in the range of 0.26 – 0.90 NTU, apparent color was less than 15 color units, the amount of dissolved solids was in the range of 145 – 282 mg/L, sulfate was in the range of 15 – 62 mg/L, chloride was in the range of 7 – 25 mg/L, fluoride was in the range of 0.12 – 0.26 mg/L, and no E. coli was found in 100-ml water samples.

For water in the distribution network, the results of water quality analyses conducted in August 2010 showed that water turbidity was in the range of 0.26 – 1.13 NTU, apparent color was less than 15 color units, the amount of dissolved solids was in the range of 142 – 189 mg/L, sulfate was in the range of 13 – 64 mg/L, chloride was in the range of 3 – 21 mg/L, fluoride was in the range of 0.11 – 0.22 mg/L, and no E. coli was found in 100-ml water samples.
