How to do when suspending water supply service
Temporary suspending If the bill is not paid on time, the service will be suspended. If the customers manage to pay the bill 15 days after suspending, a fee of 100 baht is required. (Vat is not included)
Permanent suspending (3 kinds of fee rate are provided)
- If the balance is not paid after 15 days but less than 30 days since the beginning of a temporary suspending, the customers are responsible for paying 10% of the cost of the new installation of the water meter. (VAT is exincluded)
- If the bill is unpaid in 30 days but less than 180 days since the beginning of the temporary suspending, the customers are responsible for 20% of the cost of the installation of a new meter. (VAT is not included)
- If the bill is unpaid beyond 180 days, the customers are responsible for the total cost of the installation. (VAT is not included)
