Procedure for using the service

1. Fill out the form and attach the water bill. or receipt of the latest month’s water bill and a copy of the first page of the bank passbook (Download the form with examples below)     
2. You can request it at the bank where you have both savings and savings accounts. and current or at the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority’s office in every district and all subbranches       
3. The processing time to start the service is about 1 billing cycle
