Tap Water Connection
There are 2 types of connection namely
New Connection
It is the connection for the ones who never subscribed to MWA’s water service or the ones who ever subscribed but quitted or canceled for longer 150 days. This type of connection can also be divided into 2 sub-type based on condition of usage namely
Permanent Connection : for any house with a legal register number. Customers must be either the houses’ owners or legal residents.
Temporary Connection : for any house with a temporary number or under construction or other necessity.
Re-Connection
It is the connection of the water meter in case of cancellation that is not longer than 150 days.
