Arranging the trainings and lectures on the issue of corporate governance knowledge to increase and campaign the executives to work by adhering on corporate governance principles.

On December 24th, 2013 there will be the arrangement of corporate governance training for new employees who are going to attend the new employee orientation in the fiscal year 2014.

On June 16th, 2014  MWA Board of Director Submission Analysis Department worked together with Human Resources Management Department organized a special lecture on the topic “Will Power…for Life” by Ms. Orapim Ruksaphon, a professional speaker with the alias of “Vocal that changes lives”, “Gratitude hunting speaker”, “Hundred of dead body’s speaker”, “Hundred of prison’s speaker”. In this event, Mrs. Lawan Chatrungchewan, Assistant Governor, Office of MWA Board of Directors made a speech for the opening ceremony.

“Will power”, the invisible thing but we can feel it and this cannot be replaced by physical strength. For the organization management, the efficiency and the effectiveness are one of the keys to success according with MWA’s CG principles. During the lecture, the speaker could make the audience released laughter blended with teardrops.
